Reviews about Fred Meyer
- 1 / 5By Charles FosterFebruary 10th is the last time I step foot into this store. They hover around you while you shop, and they think it's normal. I understand that this store has an extreme theft problem but I'm not part of your issues.
I live across the street and I'm in here all the time. They should know who their regulars are since they pay so much attention to me. Plus, the place looks like a penitentiary. Certain areas of the store is completely blocked in. I'll just go to the Glisan location. I'm pretty sure they watch people, but not to the point you notice.February 17, 2017 - 1 / 5By Chris BertholfI don't mind precaution, but when you get stopped every time you enter the store, get accused of stealing and I turn out my pockets, give them my coat to search and they find nothing, but it continues to happen. I'm also constantly watched by the staff for no damn reason. I genuinely think it's cause I look like pot smoking/metal head hybrid with long hair. Other than that, restock takes forever, if you ask people to check their inventory, expect them to bite your head off. Only decent spot is the electronic section, but with how it's set up, it is like you are walking into a solitary confinement unit of a supermax prison. Best part of it all, their prices are so high that it's better to go across the street to WinCo for food, GameStop in the nearby mall for games and gaming equipment and driving to any other store for clothes and I'd still save money despite the extra gas I've used. Oh, I almost forgot the amount of crazy and shady addicts that come through the place due to it being right next to the max station and the bike trail where most of them go to shoot up and get high, so if you go early enough you will find used hypodermic needles, broken glass and cans turned into what looks akin to a impromptu crack pipe littered across the sidewalk, the street and the parking lot.August 23, 2016
