  Never on time, cold pizza, cold wings, warm soda. If you live within a 300 feet radius of this dominos expect your pizza to take 1 1/2 hrs to be delivered ice cold.

  Fast, friendly, online ordering options, and staff are usually quite friendly. It's one of the better Dominos in the Portland Metro Area.

  We had been ordering from the store once a week for over a year. It used to be great. But in the last couple of months almost every order we have had has arrived super late and barely warm. Once it took almost 2 1/2 hours to get our order when we were given a 30 to 45 minute time estimate. And we were delivered the food that had been sitting in their warmer for over an hour and a half. We literally just threw it away. Every time the drivers apologize & tell us that someone called out. We called & complained twice and received a credit both times. But today was the last straw. After being given a 21-31 minute time window I could see on their tracker that our order came out of the oven at 3:19 PM. When the tracker shows our order still had not left by 4 PM I called the store. The person I spoke with told me that they just got busy & our order was next and that the driver was there and getting ready to leave with it out the door right now. I told him my concern was that the food had been sitting for 40 minutes already and I didn't again want to have to deal with food that's barely warm. He said just to call us once it arrived if we weren't satisfied and we would get a credit. That actually kind of pissed me off because I knew that it was going to arrive and be barely warm. I didn't want a credit. We were all hungry & wanted the food we paid money for to be delivered warm & reasonably fresh. And given that it's an 8 to 9 minute drive with the traffic I was seriously agitated once I saw that it didn't actually leave the store for at least another 10 minutes and took a total of 25 minutes before it arrive. And yes I'm sure you're shocked as I am, but it wasn't very good. It was lukewarm at best. When you can pick up a slice of the pizza and turn it sideways and nothing moves, it's not fresh. It was over an hour old. The bbq sauce was all dried on the chicken. The bottom of the brownie was all crusted over & hardening already. I was so disgusted I didn't even bother to call the store to complain. I had asked the driver why they said she left 25 minutes ago and I was told that a different driver's car broke down this time and they had to go pick him up. I can't imagine that you wouldn't do that on your way back to the store instead of doing that first if that was really the case, but maybe that's just me. I'm done spending $30 a week on food that's almost never acceptable & almost never on time. Worst repetitive service I've ever had from a pizza place.

  Went in with a friend, ordered BBQ wings and pizza. Waited and got our order. When we went home I opened the wings and saw that they had no sauce, wondered why and called the 182nd domino's. She girl that answered was speaking to her manager and said to bring them in, she was very nice. I asked if I had to pay extra for the sauce on them, the girl said that her manager had said no that not only would they fix these one's, but make a new batch with sauce on them for me. I thought that was nice of them so we went in, I didn't get the name of the girl that I spoke to but she greeted me when I got there an said they would fix them. A few seconds later I heard the manager say I bought the wrong one's. The girl I talked to came back and asked me if I wanted the bone in marinated with BBQ sauce, I said yes and asked once again if I had to pay extra, she was sincere and said no. When she went back I heard her manager yell that she wasn't going to give me them that I ordered wrong and I would have to pay the regular price. Why was she being so rude and before said that they could do this for me? The girl said that it was okay it wasn't my fault and the manager kept yelling something, I said hey I didn't want to make it a big deal I just wanted what you said I could get. And I stood up, very rudely the manager said: goodnight! All the employees looked at each other dumbfounded and I looked and them speechless. I've never been talked to by an employee or management like that, ever.
