  Beautiful view of the city! Probably one of the best I've see from rooftop bars. They also have fantastic seating by the bar.
  
  I've only came for drinks and thought there was plenty of room inside and out to socialize. They have two wings with bars and the outdoor seating has plenty of space heaters for the winter season.

  Very Vegas feeling atmosphere. You walk off the elevator to a bank of Lights in the floor leading up to the reservation desk. Great view of downtown Portland from most of the restaurant. The outside bar area is fantastic.

  Departure is a beautiful space with about half the tables having any kind of view. The rest look out onto... walls.
  
  With wines and spirits served at worshipful prices, the 'asian inspired' food, served family style, is the start of the show.
  
  Sadly the dishes all taste terrible.
  
  Have you had grilled brussel sprouts served with vinegar and fish sauce before? If not, you might be aware that it's not supposed to taste like vomit.
  
  How about French-style sushi, with the mayo on top? Looks pretty cool, but somewhere there's a chef slapping his forehead going 'D'oh, food should taste like something and not be a bland wad of calories.'
