- 3 / 5By Richard FlowerCheap happy hour $1.75 pints of PBR, cover charge after 9 pm on nights there's a band. A bit rough and in a seedy section of town, but lots of other bars are there as well. The other bars just might have a better clientele (you know, people with jobs, combed hair, clean hair, less tattoos and most of their teeth) but they'll cost more.
